I’m Gina Risso, and Let’s Be Real is my little corner of the world where photography gets to be honest, fun, and refreshingly un-awkward. No stiff poses. No forced smiles. No “what do I do with my hands?” panic. Just real moments, genuine connection, and maybe a little chaos (the good kind).

For over 23 years, I’ve been capturing families, kids, and newborns across Marin County and beyond — documenting life as it actually unfolds, not as it’s perfectly staged. The in-between glances. The windblown hair. The toddler who refuses to cooperate and somehow steals the whole show. That’s the magic.

My style leans documentary with a polished edge. I’ll guide you when you need it, step back when you don’t, and somehow make it all feel easy. Whether we’re chasing golden light outdoors, photographing your newborn at home in those first foggy weeks, or creating senior portraits that feel more editorial than awkward yearbook, my goal is always the same: images that feel like you.
